Our team has designed a spacer for the cooling fan allowing an improved cooling performance which allows for a tighter vacuum seal in front of the radiator which allows for a decrease in temperature of 3 degrees Celsius while also allowing the required clearance which is need to fit a 4inch intake.
Our EWP fan spacer is required for granting plenty of clearance when upgrading the factory intake system to a larger one, as shown in photos. The spacer also allows the fan to be placed closer to the radiator thus creating an improved vacuum seal which causes a much more effective cooling system. The spacer is made from 6061 billet aluminium which simply slides over the water pump snout. Our design incorporates a relief cut which is specifically designed to prevent any heat warping while also increasing the life of the part.
