Manifold porting on the M60/M62 is necessary in order to reach high horsepower at high rpm. By porting the factory manifold it will result in a rise in peak power by ~700rpm and a increase of Mass air flow of ~20% [Kg/hr]. All of our manifold porting procedures are precisely executed using CNC machining to ensure uniform and precise porting in all manifold channels.
NOTE
On our M62B44TU we managed to increase peak horsepower from 5400rpm to 6100 rpm, while also increasing the mass airflow by 17 kg/hr. During our tests the engine was fitted with many items in our catalogue which also improved the engines performance. Depending on your engine and modifications your results may be different.

In order for us to apply our porting service you will be required to send us your own manifold. If you are unable to do that we can source a manifold for you however the price of the manifold cost will be charged separate to the porting service.

Once our staff receives your manifold we have an average 2 week turnaround time for this type of service. The cost of shipping is not included in the service price.
