The Upgraded M62 Throttle body flange has a velocity stack shaped outlet. This increases the manifold air capacity, throttle response and induction noise, this can also be fitted with a bigger throttle body from a N62 engine. The Upgraded M62 Throttle body flange can provide between 12 to 20 horsepower gain depending on model and displacement of engine, this is made from a strong and durable ABS plastic which can withstand greater temperatures than the OEM item. Please note that this adapter needs to be tapped in order to make threads for the mounting hardware to screw in place. The oil line that runs to the OEM flange will need to be re-routed to the back of the intake manifold to complete this installation.
